- Handle payment processes for entities across the APAC region with accuracy and timeliness.
- Check and confirm on-time completion of all initiated transactions in online banking system.
- Follow up on any outstanding transactions.
- Prepare and post all payment related journals into SAP system timely and accurately.
- Reconcile payment transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth payment operations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to payments.
- Respond to payment-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of working experience in PTP process.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with banking platforms.
- Experience with SAP system is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus depending on region served.
