Your RoleAs a Senior Project Leader, you take over a leading role to drive, grow and develop new products in the area of discrete devices.Key responsibilities in your new role

Responsible for the success of the product development including all dedicated projects
Creating top level project plans including: milestones, dependency’s & sub projects timelines
Deliverance and execution of the project work packages using internal project management tools and procedures
Take the lead and responsibility in the area of product development activities
Full responsibility for project: cost, timeline, scope, quality, resource planning, tracking and reporting in a proactive project management mindset
Risks definition, identification and executing predefine mitigation & preventive measures
Set and manage expectations with other departments, senior management, and external stakeholders
Driving clear decision-making including proper stakeholder management and recording
Lead and manage cross functional teams across multiple locations to deliver the project(s) targets

Your ProfileYour track record shows the ability to handle multiple interdependency project variables across different sites. You demonstrate strong communication skills through clarity of the message. Your experience in planning, reporting and managing projects builds up the right imagine for your project in front of upper management. You can find agile solutions for competing resource needs and show case the ability to judge and contain project risk according to project management principles.Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

A university/university of applied science degree in Electrical Engineering, System Engineering, Power Electronics, Material Science, Applied Physics or comparable
\+ 2 years in product development (frontend, backend or package technologies)
\+ 3 years of experience in leading projects as project manager or project leader
\+ 6 years relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry or relevant similar industries with focus on research and development projects/programs
Certification in project management (IPMA D or C would be a strong advantage)
Possess fluent English skills (certification would represent a strong advantage)
