Required 5 to 7 years of related experience
Plan and monitor daily production schedules
Ensure production runs smoothly and on time
Coordinate with different departments (e.g. warehouse, quality, purchasing)
Track production output and report any delays or issues
Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products
Assist in improving production processes for better efficiency
Maintain production records and reports
Experience in robotic welding coding will be an advantage
Experience in the machining industry is preferred

Responsibilities

Good planning and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of production processes and workflow
Strong communication, co-ordination and teamwork abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP systems, etc.)
