- Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Experience working with children (preferred but not required)
- Required skills: Communication Skills, Customer Service, Teamwork, Passionate with kids
- Energetic, friendly, and approachable personality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and parents
- Creative and able to lead fun, engaging activities like arts & crafts or storytelling
- Patient, responsible, and attentive to children's safety and needs
- Ability to manage small groups of children in a calm and positive manner
- Basic knowledge of art materials and child-safe practices is an advantage
- Host and guide kids through scheduled activities such as drawing, coloring, and craft sessions
- Create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for children and their families
- Interact with children to encourage participation and creativity
- Prepare materials and set up activity stations before each session
- Assist children during activities and ensure they are engaged and safe at all times
- Communicate clearly with parents about activities and any concerns
- Clean and organize activity areas after each session
- Support the overall operations of the cafe as needed (e.g., seating guests, basic cleaning, etc.)
- Help with birthday parties or special events by leading games or themed activities
