We are looking for a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to drive end-to-end supply chain operations for multi-MW data center deployments. This role covers capacity forecasting, inventory planning, vendor development, procurement of long lead equipment (LLE) & prefab modules, quality assurance, and cost management.Key Responsibilities:1. Procurement & Contract Management
- Lead tendering and contracting for multi-MW projects across the region.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Oversee import and export execution, including Incoterms selection and alignment with contractual and logistics requirements.
- Procure long-lead equipment (LLE) and prefab modules to meet project requirements.
- Focus on capacity requirements and develop strategies to support multi-MW data center deployments.
- Plan factory tests and coordinate logistics to ensure on-time delivery and project certainty.
- Monitor supply chain performance across all stages, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across projects, operations, and design to ensure alignment with tender documents, specifications, and project schedules.
- Facilitate communication between departments to resolve issues, streamline processes, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Implement quality checks and monitor supplier performance, including maintaining scorecards to track key KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Training: 6-month rotation across Cost, Supply Chain, and Project Execution functions.
- Professional Certification: Opportunities to pursue CSCP, PMP, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt programs.
- Leadership Development: Quarterly workshops on strategic planning and team management.
- Digital Tools Training: ERP systems, DCIM software, and data analytics platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in supply chain/procurement, preferably in data centers, factory or infrastructure projects.
- Strong analytical, planning, and vendor management skills.
