- Handle customer enquiries on new loans, account updates, complaints, and early termination requests.
- Liaise with dealers, suppliers, and sales teams to provide timely support and updates.
- Manage contract activation & disbursement processes to ensure accurate and timely payouts.
- Check documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with credit and legal guidelines.
- Maintain customer data, process contract closing, and manage lien registration/release.
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties as required.
- Education: Diploma or higher in Business or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years in customer service.
- At least 1 year in automotive finance (hire purchase experience is preferred).
- Strong understanding of hire purchase processes, contract administration, and legal documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Excellent communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Cantonese is an added advantage).
- Familiarity with Finance/Leasing Contract Management ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, organised, and able to multitask.
- Able to work independently, under pressure, and in a team environment.
- Professional, tactful, and adaptable in handling varied situations.
