- Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance plans for new and existing products.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for internal and customer issues.
- Manage quality documentation including FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and PPAP.
- Act as the primary quality liaison for cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
- Oversee product reliability and qualification testing, interpreting results to ensure compliance with product requirements.
- Conduct quality audits and implement improvements in accordance with ISO/IATF standards.
- Monitor product and process performance through statistical tools and initiate improvement actions when necessary.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by participating in design reviews and ensuring design-for-quality principles are applied.
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers on quality-related topics, including issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and support junior quality engineers and technicians within the team.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline).
- 8+ years of experience in product quality or manufacturing quality roles within an electronics, automotive, or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, DOE, etc.).
- Experience with quality systems including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Proficient in root cause analysis and data-driven decision making.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work across teams and with customers.
- Experience in reliability testing, validation planning, and regulatory compliance.
