General Worker Plant Nursery

• Physically fit & able to handle heavy lifting.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Able to work independently & as part of a team.
• Positive, responsible, and dependable character.
• Comfortable working outdoors (hot weather) and in a temperature-controlled greenhouse.
• No experience required - training will be provided. (Basic agricultural knowledge is an advantage.)
• Language required: Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates & agricultural college students are encouraged to apply.

• Handle heavy lifting (pots, soil, fertilizer, plant stock).
• Assist customers in carrying items to their vehicles.
• Perform plant care tasks: watering, trimming, weeding, removing dry/yellow leaves, tying plants, and basic treatments.
• Report plant health issues (wilting, pests, damages).
• Maintain cleanliness of nursery areas including walkways & outdoor spaces.
• Assist with loading/unloading of customer purchases & new stock arrivals.
• Load agricultural products into trucks or storage facilities safely and efficiently.
• Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
• Ensure nursery is always tidy, organized, and presentable.
