With the long-term forecasts for growth of semiconductor component quantities, coupled with the front-end production in Bosch's Dresden facility in Germany, capacity expansion is required for the back-end production, which is the final testing phase of semiconductors and sensors. PgP5 will primarily focus on the final testing of components manufactured at Bosch Automotive Electronics' fab in Dresden, Germany. Installation and ramp up of a new reliability test laboratory for ASIC Semiconductors from scratch on
Coordination and tracking of dates and testing costs
Cross-departmental coordination of the test design with the involved areas
Coordination of the test implementation in close cooperation with all areas involved, taking into account available resources
In the event of capacity bottlenecks, check the effects, develop solutions and coordinate with reliability engineer
Carrying out deviation and error analyses for test setups in case of conspicious behaviours
Introduction and maintenance of the IT infrastructure in close cooperation with the lead laboratory in Reutlingen, Germany
Cooperation in automation and continuous improvement topics
Release new test setups, develop maintenance procedures and provide technical support in case of failures
Monitoring overall equipment effectiveness
achieving quality, cost, delivery targets. Implementation of cost saving measures
Open for business trip and able to travel to China and Germany for training
