- Conduct audits in areas of CSR and Quality Management System audits such as Security C-TPAT, RBA VAP & SVAP, BSCI, SMETA and COC audits
- Ensure timely completion of audit/ surveillance and submission of audit reports
- Develop and review audit methodologies for accreditation compliance
- Interface and provide support for other departments on the day-to-day planning, marketing, operations including new product development
- Maintain audit related records as per company's policy
- Develop and maintain laws and standards relating to audits
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or equivalent fields
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in social compliance audits and quality management service
- Lead Auditor qualification with CSCA Certifies from APSCA is required.
- Lead Auditor in RBA VAP & SVAP, BSCI and SMETA, (Other certification would be an advantage).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Frequent travel required especially Asean country.
- Able to handle tight situation during audit with good time management.
