Penerangan KerjaKelayakanFresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Minimum qualification of SPM or above.Candidates must be willing to work at our Sungai Jati outlet.Applicants should be responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.TanggungjawabMajor Areas of Responsibilities/Job Description:Meet and greet customers, and attend to them promptly on their orders and request ~ doing suggestive selling and complimentary closing.Attend to mis-en-plus as directed on a daily routine, Assist in monitoring the management of glassware and crockery to minimize breakages and losses.Work closely with the Supervisor and the team closely to ensure full compliance of theStandard Operating Procedures, the QSC exercise is conducted in accordance to the period defined, and working with the outlet team to ensure the corrective actions are completed within the set deadline, and seeking the Café Manager's assistance when required.Adhere to the SOP of the service procedures to meet Customer satisfaction.Fully support the service team to ensure its smooth operations.Work closely with the Supervisor to lead the team to meet sales targets and zero tolerance on variances and pilferage.Ensure all related equipment in the front end is being maintained in good working condition to support the operations. Adhere to safety standards.Raise feedback on issues to ensure corrective actions are completed by active communications and follow ups.Assist in monitoring the stock levels, and work closely with the Supervisor to follow up on orders placed, product mix, and to ensure the qualities of the controllable products are maintained.To expedite any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.Manfaat
