- Sales Experience: At least 2 years of relevant sales experience, familiar with sales processes and techniques.
- Business Development Skills: Possesses some business development skills, able to independently develop new customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and manage existing customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communication Skills: Possesses good communication and presentation skills, able to clearly introduce products and services to customers
- Language Skills: Proficient in English and Mandarin, able to conduct business communication fluently.
- Education Requirement: Possesses a diploma or above, a major in marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Work Location: Able to work on-site in Kepong.
- Other Requirements: Possesses teamwork spirit, proactive, and responsible.
- Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities within the Malaysian market, focusing on companies that require bilingual (English and Mandarin) speaking candidates.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to effectively position Ricebowl's services and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and networking events.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of Ricebowl's job search platform.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies and campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing sales pipeline and accurately forecasting sales revenue.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, highlighting key performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in sales and business development to continuously improve sales performance.
