Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Assistant located in Kuala Lumpur. The Account Assistant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining records of petty cash, assisting in credit control processes, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial data. The role also involves collaborating with team members and communicating effectively to ensure smooth financial operations. Qualifications Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with financial tasks such as Credit Control and Accounting Proficiency in managing Petty Cash and related expense tracking Strong Finance and budget management skills Good Communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred Experience in a similar role within the engineering or construction industry is an advantage Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
