💰 Salary: RM 1,700 + RM 200 Allowances
🕘 Working Hours: 8:00 am - 5:10 pm (Monday - Friday)Job Description & Key ResponsibilitiesInspection & Quality AssurancePerform visual and dimensional inspections of automotive parts and assemblies using calipers, micrometres, gauges, and visual aidsCarry out first-article inspections and in-process checks to ensure conformance to drawings and specificationsIdentify, record and report non-conformances; raise discrepancy reports and follow up on corrective actionsDocumentation & Record KeepingComplete inspection checklists, quality control forms and batch records accurately and on timeMaintain logs for incoming materials, production inspections, and final quality sign-offsEnsure all documentation complies with internal procedures and customer requirementsTesting & MeasurementAssist with basic functional tests and measurement activities under supervisionCalibrate and verify measurement tools and report any deviations to supervisorsProcess SupportWork with production teams to support quality checkpoints and minimise reworkParticipate in root cause analysis and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Suggest small process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiencyHealth, Safety & HousekeepingFollow all health and safety policies, wear required PPE and report hazards promptlyMaintain a clean and organised inspection areaRequirements & SkillsEducationMinimum SPM or equivalent; certificate/diploma in Mechanical, Automotive Technology, or Quality Control is an advantageExperienceFresh graduates will be considered; 1+ year in a manufacturing or automotive quality role is preferredTechnical SkillsFamiliarity with basic measurement tools (caliper, micrometre, height gauge) and inspection techniquesBasic understanding of engineering drawings and measurement tolerancesBasic computer skills, including MS Office for record keepingAttributesHigh attention to detail and strong observational skillsGood communication skills in English and Bahasa MalaysiaReliable, punctual, and able to work well within a teamCertifications (Nice to Have)ISO 9001 awareness or internal auditor trainingSSG or safety-related certificatesWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and allowancesOn-the-job training and opportunities for career developmentFriendly, supportive working environment and stable working hoursTo apply, please submit a CV that highlights relevant inspection or manufacturing experience.
