Position title: Administration Executive.
Position type:Permanent;Full-time.
Salary: RM 3000-4000.
Location: Petaling Jaya (5-day week)

Our client is a leader in network marketing industry with established a large network of distributors throughout Malaysia. The company brand has a range of scientifically backed of colostrum health and nutritional products/supplements being marketed across Asia-Pacific region. Currently they are looking for a female Administration Executive to be based at their Malaysian corporate head quarters in Petaling Jaya.
Job Description
The role is full-time permanent position based at their corporate office in Petaling Jaya. The nature of the position is fast paced role and applicants will need a high degree accuracy and details and ability to multi-task and requires a good communication skills, especially in English as you will be liaising and communicating with a host of stakeholders in the industry.
This role will provide administrative support to the Administration Manager in managing health care products ensuring day-to-day operational support of existing accounts. The role would suit already working within Sales Support environment that is looking to develop their skills within an operations department.
Role & responsibilities:
Provide operational administrative support.
Manage product registration with Ministry of Health.
Handling inbound calls from customers to process orders of entitlement.
Process stock orders.
Candidate profile & experience
The ideal candidate would have some working experience within an administrative operational role.
Malaysians who are energetic, enthusiastic and pro-active driven persons.
Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or even Finance.
Possess strong operational and administrative experience gained within any sector.
High level of numeracy, computer literacy.
Strong communication skills with proficiency in multilingual language skills.
Be able to be based at Petaling Jaya in Selangor.
