Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
At least 10 years of proven sales leadership experience, ideally within industrial or rotating equipment sectors.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and provide practical solutions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with modern business IT tools.
