Supervisor, Routine Maintenance (Civil) (Gurun, Kedah)

• Responsible for administering the scope of work on routine maintenance assigned to him by the Section Manager (SM).
• Assist in planning, organizing, and administering the section's staff and subcontractors to ensure the smooth running of maintenance operations.
• Responsible for supervising, evaluating, and verifying all subcontract works carried out on-site.
• Manage and verify the repair and replacement works carried out by subcontractors.
• Assist in verifying the work program on routine maintenance work submitted by the subcontractors before the submission and approval from the client.
• Prepare and recommend to the SM the daily progress report, weekly subcontractors performance, and any other reports relating to maintenance operations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements on site.
• Undertake any other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned, instructed, and directed by immediate superior.
• Act on any emergency work requested by SM, and Regional Manager (RH).
• On standby at any time for any possibility happening at the section

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in the construction or maintenance industry (highway/road maintenance, building, and/or bridge).
• Knowledgeable in MMA (Maintenance Management Agreement).
