Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented eCommerce Executive to support and grow our online business. You will be responsible for the daily operations of our eCommerce platforms, ensuring seamless product launches, optimizing online sales performance, and enhancing customer experience across all digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: eCommerce Platform Management: Manage product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory on Shopify and marketplace platforms (e.g., Zalora, Shopee, Lazada). Ensure product content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines. Execute product uploads, collections setup, and site merchandising. Sales & Performance Monitoring: Track daily sales, analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, average order value), and propose action plans to improve. Assist in monitoring promotional campaigns, flash sales, and online-exclusive launches. Customer Journey & Experience: Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to ensure a smooth and appealing online shopping experience. Ensure website navigation, banners, and landing pages are updated and optimized. Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and service issues related to online orders. Content & Campaign Support: Work closely with Marketing for campaign rollouts, product launches, and EDM pushes. Collaborate with creative teams for visual assets and digital content planning. Assist in the execution of digital promotions and campaigns across online platforms. Marketplaces & Partnerships: Support onboarding and management of online marketplaces and external eCommerce partners. Ensure adherence to platform-specific guidelines and promotional calendars. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in eCommerce, Marketing, Business, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce operations or digital sales (Fashion retail experience is a plus). Familiarity with Shopify and major online marketplaces (Zalora, Shopee, Lazada). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Basic knowledge of SEO, product copywriting, and online merchandising. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Team player with good communication skills. Show more Show less
