PRODUCTION LEADER (CLEANROOM)Job Objectives:1. Leading & Supervising a production line to ensure proper, efficient & effective result.2. Ensure all quality & production standard are met.3. Manage simple equipment operation & trouble shooting requirements.4. Establish employee environment regarding communication, feedback & overall guidance.5. Administer production operators on proper training, work instruction and tools to perform their duties.6. Monitor production operator performance & take corrective action as needed7. Report to Supervisor for any irregularity in work related issues.8. Monitor safety and housekeeping program are always adhered.9. Other assigned duties by superior as and when needed.10. Able to work in Cleanroom/woodshop environment.REQUIREMENTS:1. Must possess at least a SPM cert.2. Min 2 years working experience in similar position.3. With good attendance and work quality.4. Able to read and write in English.5. Willing to work on rotating shift.6. Posses a good leadership quality.
