What You'll Be Doing: Payroll Administration: Manage end-to-end payroll for Canadian employees, ensuring timely and accurate payroll. Coordinate with third-party vendors for payroll-related queries and compliance. Maintain accurate records of all payroll changes, ensuring precision in deductions, benefits, and tax calculations. HR System Management: Administer employee data within the Workday/SAP system. Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing and updating employee records. Provide system support for employees and managers regarding HR data functionality and resolve issues as needed. HR Generalist Support: Assist in the onboarding process and manage employee lifecycle activities. Handle general HR inquiries and provide support in employee relations. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, ensuring HR practices meet Canadian regulatory requirements. Support performance management and benefits administration Reporting & Analytics: Generate HR metrics and reports to support business decision-making and organizational needs. Assist with HR-related audits and compliance reporting. Qualifications and Requirements: 3+ years of experience in HR operations or HR Shared Services.
