  • Responsible to achieve recruitment target set for Contract Farming at Perak.
  • Evaluate and recruit contract farmers for the company to ensure continuous supply of quality birds.
  • Responsible for farm performance in accordance with the Performance Index set by the company for contract farmers assigned.
  • Manage contract farms, implement and guide poultry caretakers on best farm management practice according to international standards such as provided by Cobb to ensure achievement of the desired Performance Index.
  • Liaise with relevant parties on issues pertaining to diseases and any other problems faced by the farmers.
  • Perform frequent farm visits to ensure Farm Management, Feeds Program, Bird Mortality and Weighing of the bird flocks are in accordance to best practice and KPIs set. To collect sampling and prepare reports to ensure smooth functionality of the farms.
  • Liaise with contract farmers on bird size and catching time to ensure fulfillment of company's requirements.
  • Responsible for weighing process, including all the documentations for the Contract Farm.
  • Perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Certificate/ Diploma in Poultry Farming or equivalent
