As a Staff Engineer (Digitalization, Lean & Productivity) within the Industrial Engineering (IE) team, you'll drive productivity, efficiency, and digital transformation by applying Lean principles and advanced technologies.Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new role
  • Generative AI Application Development: Design GenAI-powered assistants for performance data interpretation and Lean process optimization.
  • Lean Digitalization: Apply Lean principles to digitalize workflows, reduce waste, and enhance value-added activities.
  • Project Management & Solution Ownership: Lead projects from data ingestion to deployment, ensuring Lean execution and benefits realization.
  • Digitalization & Advanced Reporting: Improve KNIME workflows, Tableau dashboards, and integrate real-time data for Lean decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with global teams to translate Lean operational needs into AI solutions.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Research AI trends to reduce "non-value added" activities and drive Lean improvements.
Your ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeed
  • Education & Background: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field with Lean experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Python, Generative AI frameworks, Tableau, KNIME, SQL/Oracle, MES.
  • Lean & Project Skills: Lean Expertise Six Sigma Green/ Black Belt; mastery of VSM (Value Stream Mapping, waste reduction), project management, and driving process improvements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication skills to explain AI-driven Lean recommendations.
