Job description A Customer Service Representative's primary duty is to support customers. To fulfil this main responsibility, they may perform the following tasks. Plan, prepare and process purchase orders according to order requirements, follow up incoming order to ensure stocks timely arrive and to avoid supply interruption.Requirements Scope : 路 Responsible for customer scheduling, demand & order fulfilment. 路 Provide short term and long-term demand requirement to factories and supplier to ensure capacity and material secure. 路 Review and provide supply plan commit to meet demand requirement. 路 Identify and coordinate with Operation Team, Procurement Team and contract manufacturers to resolve all the capacity bottleneck and material supply risk issue to meet orders and demand requirement. 路 Work closely with Logistics team for shipments arrangement to contract manufacturers. 路 Work closely with contract manufacturers, Operation Team and Procurement Team to ensure materials are clear to build and contract manufacturers are able to execute the build volumes as planned. 路 Working with Excess & Obsolete team to validate and analyse the exposure claims which submitted by contract manufacturers. Employee Relations : 路 Collaborate with supply planners to mitigate risks and seize opportunities. 路 Establish and communicate feasible production schedules meeting demand supportability and customer requirements.Benefits equired skills and qualifications : Graduation / Diploma in business management or relevant field At Least 2 year of experience in CSS.
