Key Responsibilities Lead Response & Qualification Fast respond to customer inquiries from website, phone, social media, and events. Qualify leads using the BANT method (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) and record in Salesforce Opportunity Creation & Assignment Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities, ensuring accuracy of product line, industry, and value information Assign opportunities to direct or channel sales according to process and notify via Teams Quoting & Follow-Up Provide budgetary quotes within certain business scope and drive order closure Execute 6-8 follow-up touchpoints to maintain customer engagement, to uncover insights and strengthen customer retention and repeat purchases Outbound & Demand Generation Conduct outbound calls to create new opportunities Leverage IoT data and customer insights to drive incremental sales CRM Management & Reporting Ensure data integrity and accuracy in Salesforce Provide monthly KPI reports and participate in process improvement initiatives Customer Satisfaction Maintain smooth communication with external sales and channel partners to ensure customer experience (NPS 0) Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or Engineering Experience: 2-4 years of sales or customer service experience in industrial companies (Inside Sales, SDR,or telesales preferred) Familiarity with CRM systems Language: Fluent in English, Malay, Indonesian. Mandarin & Cantonese are preferred. Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication skills and ability to handle technical inquiries Customer-focused with strong problem-solving ability Results-driven in a fast-paced environment Proficient in office software with data analysis awareness
