Job Description Own day-to-day management of our social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, and emerging platforms). Develop, maintain a monthly social media calendar and work closely with in-house creative team, ensuring timely execution of brand initiatives, product launches and promotions. Monitor channel performance using analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics), generate weekly reports, and recommend optimisations. Engage with our online community-respond to comments, messages, and social listening insights-to build brand affinity and address customer queries. Stay on top of local and global social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats; propose new ideas and experiments to keep us ahead of the curve. Support paid social campaigns by coordinating with media planners, tracking budgets, and reporting on ROI. Support any ad hoc tasks or strategic projects assigned by the superior to support team or business priorities. Job Requirement Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Broadcasting, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Business Management, or related field. 1 year of hands-on experience managing social media for cosmetics and skincare beauty brands. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu. Keen eye for details and strong time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
