- Execute outbound sales campaigns for GI and Takaful products
- Manage customer objections and close sales effectively
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance adherence
- Support cross-selling and upselling initiatives
- Work 2 Saturdays per month (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM) as required
- Maintain productivity and quality KPIs
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective and existing bank customers
- Present and explain product benefits clearly and confidently
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs
- Cross-sell and upsell higher-tier plans to maximize premium value
- Follow up on leads and pending cases
- Ensure sales scripts and disclosures comply with regulatory requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and call recording standards
- Adhere to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) and internal compliance policies
- Handle objections professionally
- Provide accurate product information
- Maintain positive customer engagement
- Update CRM and sales tracking systems accurately
- Attend product and compliance training sessions
- Minimum 1 year telemarketing or sales experience (banking retail products or general insurance preferred)
- Experience in cold calling is mandatory
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
- Proven sales closing ability
- Willing to work 2 Saturdays per month
