Job Description
  • Lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders to achieve output, quality, and cycle time targets.
  • Follow cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, and quality standards at all times.
  • Participate in process improvement, cost reduction, yield enhancement projects & RPA.
  • Comply with company policies, EHS requirements, and industry regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations
Qualifications
  • Minimum qualification of SPM / O-Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Graduate Diploma
  • At least 1-3 years of working experience in a Production Supervisor role
  • Willingness and ability to work in a cleanroom environment
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
