Responsibilities Subject matter expert in overall HR functions to assigned businesses. Align HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs. Supports the Head of HR in executing key HR strategies and ensuring alignment with regional and global HR frameworks. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring seamless onboarding. Develop workforce planning to address talent needs and support business growth. Drive succession planning and talent reviews to build a strong talent pipeline. Partner with HOD and people managers to formulate, review, and monitor employees' performance that aligned to company and function goals. Identify and propose employee development needs and provide consultation in performance improvement initiatives. Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster an inclusive and high-performance culture. Provide guidance and solutions on employee relations issues to minimize risks and ensure compliance. Leverage HR analytics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to business leaders Prepared periodic updates and reporting for internal and external consumption. Requirements Degree or any relevant professional qualification or certification. Minimum 10 years' HR working experience and added advantage in financial industry. Knowledge in financial industry, market trends, etc. Proficient in computer skills or MS Office application. Communicate effectively with different level of employees.
