Junior Social Media & Content Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Proficiency in Mandarin & English (spoken and written).
• Passion for social media and Xiaohongshu, with awareness of content trends.
• Willingness to learn copywriting, shooting, posting, and client servicing.
• Basic editing/design skills (e.g., CapCut / Canva) are an advantage.
• Eager to learn, proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
• Skills required: Xiaohongshu Marketing, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Creation and Chinese Language Proficiency

• Account servicing support: Assist in client communications, take meeting notes, follow up on tasks, and maintain project trackers.
• Content & copywriting: Support content planning, draft Xiaohongshu copy (titles, notes, hashtags), and refine under guidance.
• Shooting & production: Assist in shoots (mobile is fine), handle simple editing, and prepare thumbnails/visuals.
• Publishing & scheduling: Upload posts, apply correct tags, and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Analytics & reporting: Collect weekly data, prepare simple performance summaries, and suggest improvements.
• Community management: Respond to comments/inbox using the brand's tone, escalate issues when necessary.

• Location: Office in a prime area, within walking distance to MRT.
• Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:30am-6:30pm (Weekends off).
