You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to all guests. The Hostess is responsible for assisting with the greeting and seating of guests, managing reservations, and maintaining the overall flow of the hotel's restaurant. The Hostess will also manage the inventory of the outlet and assist the service team whenever necessary to ensure a seamless dining experience for the guests.Qualifications

Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Work experience as a hostess or in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant setting would be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanour, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
