Location: Wisma AmFIRST, Kelana Jaya The role involves supporting capital and interest rate management activities, including ensuring timely renewal of borrowings, negotiating interest rates upon renewal, and addressing matters related to capital raising. Additionally, the position assists in investor relations functions such as preparing the annual report, coordinating the Annual General Meeting (AGM), and managing the corporate website. The incumbent will also contribute to the development and preparation of the Sustainability Report and other ESG initiatives. Job Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of annual report for submission to relevant regulators on a timely basis. Involve in the preparation of Sustainability Report and other ESG related matters. Manage to assist in the investor relation matters which include annual general meeting, management of corporate website, preparation of press and media releases (if any) and necessary advertisement in local newspapers, amongst other. Responsible for AmFIRST REIT's website by ensuring that information provided to the Unitholders and other stakeholders are updated on a timely basis. Assist in the annual general meeting and the preparation of AmFIRST REIT's annual report for circulation to the Unitholders on a timely basis. Ensure the adherence to the laws and regulations, Group and internal policies/standard operating procedures and/or manual. Ensure that annual report, sustainability report and corporate website are submitted to the relevant regulators and/or updated on a timely basis. To garner knowledge on ESG matters such as IFRS Sustainability Standards and the related standards. Job Requirements: Ideal candidate should possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or any equivalent field of study. At least to have 1 - 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting job scopes with the expertise and knowledge in sustainability related field. Understanding of applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements by Bursa and Securities Commission as it is needed to execute the annual report and annual general meeting. Knowledge in the applicable requirements/Guidelines/Standards/Framework relating to ESG such Bursa's sustainability requirement, TCFD, GRI etc. Knowledge on IFRS Sustainability Standard is highly preferred. Proficient in analyzing financial reports and Data Literacy (Data and Financial analysis). Good understanding on economic indicators as it can help in the management of capital and interest rate. Proficient software skills such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint.
