Role Summary Responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution for new and existing products. This includes compiling and analyzing sales reports against targets, reporting sales achievement to management, creating and implementing campaigns to achieve business goals, and coordinating all aspects of product launches. The role requires strong coordination between the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure market success. Key Responsibilities Sales & Performance Tracking Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, comparing actual performance against sales targets. Report sales achievement to management, highlighting key successes, gaps, and improvement areas. Analyze trends, identify challenges, and provide actionable recommendations to improve results. Work closely with the sales team to gather on-ground feedback on product performance and market demand. Campaign Planning & Execution Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. Coordinate with designers, content creators, and digital marketing teams to prepare marketing materials (social media, email campaigns, brochures, videos, etc.). Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly. New Product Launch Management Plan and manage product launch timelines, from pre-launch activities to post-launch follow-ups. Develop launch kits, sales tools, and training materials for the sales team. Organize launch events, webinars, or trade show participation as needed. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and threats. Gather customer insights to guide product positioning and messaging. Provide regular reports to management on market trends and competitor movements. Cross-Department Coordination Liaise with product development, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of product strategies. Act as the key point of contact for all marketing and sales-related inquiries for assigned products. Budget & Administration Manage marketing budgets for campaigns and launches. Prepare reports for management on budget usage and campaign performance. Job Requirement Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Marketing Preferably at least 7 years of related working experience. Preferably Executive specializing in Sales / Marketing or equivalent.
