About the job Workover AdvisoryKey Responsibilities - Provide technical advisory and support for workover, completion, and well intervention operations.
- Review and prepare workover programs, procedures, and risk assessments.
- Support offshore execution to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
- Advise on complex completions, milling, fishing, packer retrieval, and dual/single completion systems.
- Support well intervention activities including coiled tubing, wireline, and SIMOPS.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and minimize non-productive time (NPT).
- Ensure compliance with company, regulatory, and HSE requirements.
- Prepare operational reports and recommend continuous improvements.
Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Valid IWCF Well Control Certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum 20 years' experience in Drilling / Workover Engineering roles.
- Minimum 5 years as Drilling / Workover Superintendent or similar role.
- Experience in offshore Malaysia, preferably Peninsular Malaysia.
- Experience with hydraulic workover rigs preferred.
- Exposure to jack-up, semi-submersible, or tender assisted rigs is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge in well intervention, complex completions, and offshore operations.
