- Deliver customer billing – Produce monthly billing data according to customer-specific work instructions and schedules
- Create accurate invoices – Generate bills and invoices ensuring customers' accounts, services, and pricing align with contractual agreements
- Process billing data – Load, validate, and process billing inputs using Operational Support Systems with individual processing rules
- Maintain data integrity – Ensure accuracy in the billing process and minimize rework
- Investigate and resolve issues – Troubleshoot billing issues from error and exception reports, escalating when required
- Resolve billing enquiries – Address customer and internal billing questions within KPIs
- Monitor processes – Follow and monitor billing processes, raising issues and undertaking corrective actions
- Drive improvements – Provide feedback on work instructions and processes with a focus on continual improvement
- Collaborate across teams – Work with provisioning, finance, account managers, and client delivery teams
- Coach provisioning teams – Support upstream teams to improve accuracy of incoming data
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a recognized professional qualification
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience processing billing data through automated and manual processes using Operational Support Systems (OSS) to produce accurate, customer specific billing outputs in line with contractual requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis functions; working knowledge of MS Access is an advantage
- Strong data manipulation, validation, and reconciliation capabilities, with experience handling large data sets
- Experience in Information Management, specifically using relational databases
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively with cross functional teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple monthly deadlines, prioritize tasks effectively, and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Adaptable and collaborative team player who thrives in fast changing environments and demonstrates a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Prior working experience in the telecommunications industry
- Exposure to Information Management, particularly in working with relational databases
- Knowledge or experience in risk management, dispute resolution, and change management
