In 2025, Kering employed 44,000 people and generated revenue of €14.7 billion.Job DescriptionYour opportunityWe are currently seeking Financial Analyst who will report to R2R Manager as part of our dynamic team in Malaysia.The Financial Analyst supports financial reporting, FP&A activities, tax/statutory coordination support, and inventory control processes across SEAO markets. The role provides critical financial and analytical support to Brand Finance, Shared Services teams, and external stakeholders to ensure high quality reporting, operational accuracy, and compliance with Group standards.How you will contributePrimary Responsibilities: Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly financial reporting (HFM/MRP), ensuring the accuracy of data, reconciliations, and variance commentary.
- Prepare budgeting and forecasting cycles including templates, consolidation, and deviation analysis.
- Deliver P&L and balance sheet analytics for designated brands, markets, or entities.
- Assist Brand Finance teams with performance reviews, scenario analysis, and financial insights.
- Prepare full set of accounts in SAP working closely with respective functions in SSC and brand finance for month and year end reporting with a strong controllership mindset and ensure that the financials prepared comply with applicable accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly and yearly group reporting package in HFM after closure of accounts in SAP as per group closing timeline.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliation package monthly to stakeholders to ensure that all open items are properly explained and tracked.
- Perform inventory control for SEAO/ANZ including month‑end stock adjustments and sales‑by‑category reporting based on JDA data.
- Monitor inventory movements and reconcile retail sales timing vs stock outflow.
- Support year‑end and interim stock-take processes.
- Manage all areas relating to year-end statutory reporting including Audits, Corporate tax and local regulatory required submissions (including preparation of audit schedules, financial statements, managing audit queries and issues).
- Experience, business and technical skills
- Bachelor degree or above with the major in Finance/Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of commercial finance / multinational company working experience.
- Good in English written and oral.
- Strong people communications skill
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail oriented and high teamwork spirit
- Relevant Professional qualification
- SAP experiences
- Retail industry or consumer products industry is an advantage
- Passion for luxury and consumer products
- Adaptability to fast-pace change – internal and external
- Business Intelligence experience (PowerBI)
