A Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related field.
Within 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of industrial sewing machines and CNC cutting processes is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret production specifications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Candidates that can read & speak Chinese is an added advantage.

Tanggungjawab

Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities in the Sewing, CNC cutting and Warehouse section.
Update ERP system on daily basis for incoming material, production output & material utilization.
Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including manpower, materials, and machinery.
Align daily output with production targets and customer deadlines.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness
Train, guide, and evaluate staff across warehouse, cutting, and sewing departments.
Provide training and guidance to employees on best practices, safety protocols, and efficiency improvements.
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of sewing machines and CNC cutting machines.
