Executive, Category Management (Kuala Lumpur)

• Support end-to-end sourcing activities, including preparation and execution of RFX, ensuring alignment with procurement policies and timelines.
• Work closely with business units to compile and understand requirements, scope of work, and service needs for sourcing activities.
• Conduct commercial and financial evaluations of proposals to support objective and value-driven supplier selection.
• Execute sourcing strategies in line with established category plans, procurement SOPs, and company policies.
• Identify, analyse, and evaluate potential suppliers using appropriate procurement tools to ensure competitiveness and reliability.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to support smooth execution of sourcing activities and maintain effective working relationships.
• Support reporting of sourcing activities and proactively identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and efficiencies.

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey, Procurement / Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Business Administration or any related fields.
• 2 to 5 years working experience in Procurement of technical materials / services, engineering or similar areas.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and engage with vendors effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow processes, and meet timelines in a structured environment.
