Performance Reporting & Revenue Support Support revenue growth by enabling timely execution of campaigns, product launches, and sales-driving initiatives through effective resource prioritization and workflow management. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to monitor the impact of operational execution on revenue-generating campaigns and product performance. Drive operational excellence that contributes to improve conversion rates and product speed-to-market rate, ultimately supporting revenue and margin targets. Project Management & Campaign Operations Lead cross-functional marketing projects from planning to execution, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and objectives are met. Develop project scopes, timelines, and resource allocations for major initiatives. Track progress, resolve bottlenecks, and facilitate clear communication between marketing, sales, product, and external partners. Design Task Workflow & Prioritization Management Manage and prioritize all incoming creative and operational requests such as product photo renderings, video renderings, issuance of sample request forms, costing request forms, etc. Act as the central point of coordination between design, marketing, and product teams to ensure requests are well-organized, accurately briefed, and delivered on time. Balance workload among designers and monitor progress to ensure delivery timelines are met without compromising quality. Process Optimization Design, implement, and improve scalable marketing workflows. Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to increase productivity and alignment across teams. Drive a continuous improvement mindset within the marketing department. Marketing Technology & Data Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack (internal project management system) Collaborate with IT and related party to ensure tools are effectively integrated and used. Ensure data hygiene and maintain a reliable reporting infrastructure. Requirements: Prefer work in FMCG industry Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Business Management, Operation Management, Business Administration, or related field. A background in process engineering is strongly preferred. Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading and completing projects. Experience in e-commerce, retail, or B2C/B2B marketing environments. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization, which will be considered an added advantage. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills. Proficient in project management software and tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
