Adhere to safety rules and regulations in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA 1994) as well as ensuring that all activities complied to HSSE guidelines. Support company programmes and activities related to HSSE at agreed frequency set by the Management.
Carry out jobs as in the electrical & other equipment/asset Work Request (WR) as requested by the user clinic and attend to user complaints
To perform Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) for electrical & others and to complete record in the PPM checklist forms in a timely manner.
Perform routine inspection and report to Team Leader/Supervisor accurately and diligently.
Attend and rectify electrical or other equipment/asset breakdown and escalate to Team Leader/Supervisor if additional support is needed.
Feedback to user clinic on complaints and maintenance work progress as and when required.
Assist supervisor in monitoring electrical or other maintenance works carried out by sub-contractors are delivered correctly.
Support stakeholder management effectively by providing excellent services to maintain good relationship and achieve high customer satisfaction level as per Key Performance Indicator (KPI) set by Company and Ministry of Health (MoH)
Job Requirements:
High School Certificate or Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia Tahap 2 (SKM)
Sijil Suruhanjaya Tenaga (PW4)
At least 1 to 3 years in building/facility and maintenance jobs
Skills and knowledgeable in Electrical work or maintenance of equipment or asset
