Driver cum Runner

• Minimum [1] years of driving experience (preferably in corporate/runner role).
• Familiar with local routes, traffic regulations, and navigation apps (Waze/Google Maps).
• Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading when necessary.
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy with good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• License GDL

• Safely operate company vehicle to transport goods, documents, or personnel as assigned.
• Ensure timely collection and delivery of items (e.g., parcels, equipment, office supplies).
• Conduct routine vehicle checks (fuel, tyre pressure, cleanliness, road tax validity).
• Adhere to all traffic rules and company safety policies.

• Perform errand-related tasks such as banking, bill payments, collection of documents, and office purchases.
• Assist in dispatching important company documents to clients, suppliers, or government agencies.
• Support daily operational tasks, including collecting or submitting forms, permits, or inspection reports.
• Provide assistance during events, meetings, or company activities as required.

• Maintain proper logbook/records of daily trips and mileage.
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays to the management immediately.
• Ensure proper care and regular servicing of company vehicle.
• Assist with simple office administrative tasks when necessary.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling company documents.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
