About the role: Reporting to the Operations Manager-Borneo, this full-time Operations Executive role is an integral part of the team at EXO Travel Malaysia Sdn Bhd. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the company&aposs day-to-day operations. What you&aposll be doing: - Coordinating logistics i.e. transportation & guide assignments - Able to maintain & coordinate relationship with local tourism community - Knowledge of Tourism spots information in Sabah and Sarawak - Acting as a point of contact for tour guide, client and supplier enquiries - Supporting the Operations Manager in project-based tasks and special initiatives - Providing backup and coverage for other team members as needed - Maintaining and updating the company&aposs internal systems and databases - Providing administrative support across various departments, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence - Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required What we&aposre looking for: - At least 2-3 years of experience in operations role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry - Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach - Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software - A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges - Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with additional language skills an advantage What we offer: At Exo Travel Malaysia Sdn Bhd, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
