Job Responsibility Team Supervision: Train, motivate, and oversee Line Leaders and Production Assistants to achieve daily targets. Process Compliance: Communicate and monitor adherence to process changes and safety procedures. Shift Coordination: Ensure smooth shift changeovers and provide feedback on production issues. Planning and Reporting: Manage manpower and materials to meet targets, review WIP reports, and prepare output reports. 5S Implementation: Enforce 5S standards and compliance with SOPs. Collaboration: Work with support groups on production matters. People Management:- Briefings and Reports: Lead daily briefings and prepare shift performance reports. Welfare and Discipline: Address team grievances, handle minor and major misconduct, and coordinate cross-training. Job Requirements At least Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering. SPM graduated also welcome to apply Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
