We strive for execution excellence while being direct, humble, collaborative, and inclusive of diverse perspectives.AMD together we advance_THE ROLE:AMD Platform Applications Engineer (PAE) team is to assist the customers for any technical support in AMD projects, and confirm the project can mass production smoothly.THE PERSON:Has knowledge with Notebook/AIO/Desktop/Workstation system design and issue debug. Has good communication skills and be able to work both independently and in a team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Notebook/AIO/Desktop/Workstation platform customer issues debug/support.
Leading design reviewing process to support customer Q&A.
Visiting customers for training/issue triage.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Above 10 years experiences in Client Notebook platform design.
Knowledge of AMD platform and SOC platform design.
Design leader and system platform debug experiences is required, experience of Lead team is plus, support projects and co-work with OEM/ODM directly, as well as internal team.
Leading the customer project design and join conference call, make a proposal to customer for any technical support, and design review, end to end project MP smoothly.
Leading issues debug status and make the project progress can meet the schedule.
Good communication skills/ Teamwork/ management.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

Bachelor or Master, major in EE, CS or related area
