Responsibilities Drive product sales and achieve monthly sales targets. Lead and execute promotional activities, roadshows, and campaigns. Provide beauty consultation, skin analysis & product recommendations. Maintain strong product knowledge and customer service. Assist in training and guiding junior BAs. Report daily sales and performance updates. Requirements 2-3 years experience as Beauty Advisor / Senior Beauty Advisor. Strong skincare knowledge & customer handling skills. Proactive, confident, good communication & sales skills. Able to work on weekends and public holidays. Training experience is an added advantage.
