- Handle Express Delivery Business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, forecasts, and market insights.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent and promote services.
- Bachelor's degree in business or any other relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years in the relevant field of sales, preferably in the express delivery, freight forwarding, logistics, transport or related fields.
- Experience in B2B sales with good clientele network in the verticals such as Automotive manufacturer, Semiconductors, Aviation, Marine, Oil & Gas, Healthcare industry
- Good in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Proficient in working with Global and local leaders to develop short and long-term goals that are specific to the organization's mission - Results Oriented
- Strong Negotiation Skills, incorporating various strategies and desired outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
