Executive Search Firm, Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia's Logistics Division is partnering with a premium international courier in seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join their sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to develop effective sales strategies.Job Description
  • Handle Express Delivery Business
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent and promote services.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or any other relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in the relevant field of sales, preferably in the express delivery, freight forwarding, logistics, transport or related fields.
  • Experience in B2B sales with good clientele network in the verticals such as Automotive manufacturer, Semiconductors, Aviation, Marine, Oil & Gas, Healthcare industry
  • Good in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Proficient in working with Global and local leaders to develop short and long-term goals that are specific to the organization's mission - Results Oriented
  • Strong Negotiation Skills, incorporating various strategies and desired outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
