About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Project Engineer with a strong background in ELV and BMS systems , who also possesses a keen interest and capability in sales and business development . This hybrid role bridges the gap between engineering execution and commercial strategy, supporting both project delivery and client engagement to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Engineering & Project Execution: Design, implement, and manage ELV and BMS systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Prepare technical documentation including drawings, specifications, and system architecture. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of systems. Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after project implementation. Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ELV/BMS domain. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients. Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and partners. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote the company's offerings. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. 3+ years of experience in ELV and BMS systems design and implementation. Proven experience or strong interest in sales, client engagement, or business development. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. Familiarity with relevant standards and technologies (e.g., KNX, BACnet, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems). Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management. Certifications in ELV/BMS systems or project management (e.g., PMP, KNX Partner).
