- Challenge our existing processes and devise better and more efficient ways of analog mixed signal design development (schematic and layout.
- Innovate and lead new concepts for analog mixed signal methods
- Integrate new methods, tool and features into our established design flow
- Develop and automate design flows and methods to enable fast, efficient and first-time-right analog mixed signal product design(schematic and physical analog layout are in focus)
- Drive external EDA vendors to provide features needed by Infineon with high quality in a timely manner
- Support and train of users with respect to the flows and tools in your area of responsibility
- Write technical documentation and strive for quality by complying to all relevant quality assurance processes.
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics Solid experience Analog Full custom Layout
- Knowledge of the Cadence Virtuoso analog design environment(experience with layout, net listing and extraction) is desired
- Experience in software design development is beneficial
- Experience with scripting for electrical design automation (EDA)applications (Perl, Python, Cadence-SKILL).
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating system (e.g. shell scripting and basic tools) and LSF farms
- Technical leadership skills to consolidate, prioritize and realize product requirements as well as a good team player
