Customer Service Officer (Mandarin Speaker）

• Candidate must possess at least STPM/ Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English . Role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking customers.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Working experience in similar field is preferred but not essential. Fresh-graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications .
• Details oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Process customer orders, prepare quotations, invoices, and handle related documentation
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction
• Manage work schedules and flows to ensure timely task completion
• Coordinate and communicate with colleagues when necessary
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by superiors
