- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in accounts and administration; experience in billing & collections preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, SAP).
- Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and HR practices is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
- Confident in following up on payments and managing customer/vendor relationships.
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices and billing statements promptly.
- Track accounts receivable, monitor outstanding payments, and send reminders/chase for collections.
- Liaise with clients on billing discrepancies and resolve payment issues.
- Manage accounts payable, including supplier invoices and staff claims.
- Perform bank reconciliations and update ledgers accurately.
- Support month-end closing, financial reporting, and annual audits.
- Assist with GST submissions, tax matters, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain company records, contracts, and filing systems (digital & physical).
- Manage office administration such as supplies, service providers, and vendor contracts.
- Assist HR functions (leave management, payroll support, onboarding/offboarding).
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and general office activities.
- Provide administrative and operational support to management and other teams.
