What You'll Do Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Plan and execute digital campaigns with a focus on student recruitment for universities. Run and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads (international markets experience is a big plus). Analyse campaign results and tweak strategies to maximise impact. Collaborate with a creative and dynamic team to brainstorm fresh, engaging ideas. What We're Looking For Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads (bonus if you've run campaigns targeting international audiences). Strong knowledge of IG, FB, and TikTok content formats and best practices. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, HubSpot; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. A creative mindset with the discipline to deliver on deadlines. A team player who values working in a positive, collaborative environment.
